Terms

These terms cover the public website of Mentis Keystone and the chart-study sittings arranged through it. The official registered business name is Mentis Keystone, established in 2014, at 31 Simin-daero, Dongan-gu, Anyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, 14049. Acceptance

Using the site means you accept these terms. Reserving a sitting means you accept these terms plus the written confirmation the room sends, including the market, the dates, the fee, and any holding amount. If the confirmation and these terms ever differ on a fee or a date, the confirmation governs that booking and these terms govern everything else.

The service

Mentis Keystone provides technical analysis training for long-term market study: in-room or remotely arranged sittings on weekly and monthly charts, printed chart packs when included, and notebook reviews. The room teaches a way of reading charts. It does not manage money, place orders, or act as a broker, dealer, or investment adviser. Any decision to buy, sell, or hold a market is made by the student, outside the sitting.

Accounts and conduct

The site does not require an account. In the room, students keep their own notebooks. You agree to give a name and email the room can answer, to name a real market for the sitting, and to treat other people at the four-seat table with ordinary courtesy. The room may decline or end a sitting if a person records other students without consent or tries to turn the hour into order placement.

Intellectual property

Site text, the arrangement of the horizon desk, and original teaching notes are owned by Mentis Keystone. Printed chart packs are prepared for the named student and may include publicly observable price history that belongs to its original publishers. You may keep and annotate your notebook and your copy of a pack. You may not resell the pack, republish the room's essays as your own course, or scrape the site for a competing compilation.

Fees

Rates on the site are informational until confirmed in writing. Payment is arranged directly with the room. The site does not take card payments. A holding amount, when asked, reserves dates and printing time. Refunds, rescheduling, and no-shows follow the refund page.

Liability

Chart study describes past prices and a method for looking at them. Markets move. Mentis Keystone is not liable for trading losses, missed prices, or decisions made from a notebook after a sitting. To the extent Korean law allows, liability connected with a paid sitting is limited to the fee actually paid for that sitting. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for injury caused by intent or gross negligence.

Site content

Journal essays are teaching notes, not personal recommendations. The room may update pages as the practice changes. A page cached elsewhere may be older than the confirmation you received by email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes that are not settled by writing to info@mentiskeystone.click are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Republic of Korea, with venue considered in Gyeonggi-do where the study room operates, unless a mandatory consumer rule requires another forum.
