The room on Simin-daero

Han Seorin spent nine years marking sector charts for a research desk in Seoul. The work was paced to the next session's open. In 2014 she rented a room in Dongan-gu, Anyang, and began a slower practice: weekly and monthly sheets of a single market, read with the student in the room rather than written up overnight for someone else's morning.

The first years were one table and a stack of printed rolls. Students came from Suwon, Incheon, and the Gangnam line, often after a season of watching daily bars. The room's habit was already fixed: the month first, the week second, the daily chart closed while the hour lasted.

Park Minjae joined in 2019. He had been keeping his own cloth notebooks on metals and the won, and he took over the chart library: which packs are current, which rolls need a new page after a crowded month, and the calendar for notebook clinics. He still sits in on the week-eight review of every long-horizon study.

The business has stayed a study room. Instruction is in English. The table seats four. A private table can be asked for when a long-horizon place is reserved. The room does not hold client funds, place orders, or publish a morning call.

How a sitting is kept

Marks are made in pencil on the student's page. If a zone cannot be defended from the closes, it is erased in the same hour. The notebook leaves with the student. The room keeps a copy of the attendance record and the market named for the program, not a parallel forecast.
