Mentis Keystone is the data controller for personal information collected through this website and through sittings. The registered business name is Mentis Keystone, established in 2014. What is collected
The contact form collects your name, email address, the sitting you ask about, an optional preferred date, and the message you write, which should name a market rather than an account number. If you email or telephone, the room keeps the correspondence needed to answer. For a confirmed sitting the room also keeps the market under study, attendance, the fee agreed, and whether a chart pack was printed or posted.
The room does not ask for resident registration numbers, brokerage logins, or card numbers through this site. Please do not put them in the message field.
Why it is used
The information is used to reply, to reserve a table, to print the correct pack, to keep a record of payment and attendance, and to meet bookkeeping duties under Korean law. Journal pages and the public site can be read without sending a form. Consent for the cookie banner is stored only in your browser, as described on the cookies page.
Retention
Unconfirmed inquiries are kept for twelve months and then deleted. Confirmed booking records, invoices, and attendance notes are kept for five years to match ordinary bookkeeping practice, then deleted unless a longer period is required by tax law. Notebooks belong to the student and are not copied into a forecast archive. A pack-printing note (market and date) may be kept with the booking record.
Sharing
The room does not sell personal information. A postal carrier receives a name and address only if you ask for a chart pack to be mailed inside Korea. Payment, if made by transfer, is handled by your bank and the room's bank, not by this website.
International transfers
The site is hosted as static files. Typefaces are requested from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends a technical request, including an IP address, to Google servers that may be outside the Republic of Korea. That request is used to deliver the typeface files. If you prefer not to make it, you can block third-party fonts in your browser; the pages remain readable in fallback type. Inquiry emails are read by the room in South Korea.
Your rights
You may ask what personal information the room holds about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion when the law does not require the room to keep a booking record. You may also object to a use that is not required for the sitting you requested. Send the request to info@mentiskeystone.click. The room answers within a reasonable period and, where the Personal Information Protection Act gives a deadline, within that deadline. You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission or another competent Korean authority.
Security
Access to inquiry mail is limited to Han Seorin and Park Minjae. Paper attendance notes stay in the study room. No method of storage is perfect; if a breach creates a real risk, the room will notify affected people and the authorities as Korean law requires.
