Refunds

These rules apply to technical analysis training booked with Mentis Keystone for long-term market study: the long-horizon study, the single chart sitting, the notebook clinic, optional printed packs, and postage when a pack is mailed inside Korea. The room does not sell software or shipped goods beyond a chart pack you asked to receive.

Eligibility

A refund is available when the room cancels, when you cancel inside the times below, or when a sitting cannot be held because the instructor is ill and no replacement date works for you. A change of mind after a sitting has been delivered is not a ground for refunding that hour.

Timeframe

Cancel a single chart sitting or a notebook clinic at least three full days before the hour for a full refund of fees paid for that hour. Cancel the long-horizon study at least seven full days before the first sitting for a refund of the holding amount and any other fee already paid. Inside those windows, the room offers another date before it talks about a partial refund.

Full and partial refunds

A full refund returns the amount paid for sittings not yet started, including the holding amount of ₩384,000 on an eight-week desk that has not begun. If the long-horizon study has started, completed sittings are charged at ₩160,000 each and the unused remainder of the ₩1,280,000 program fee is returned. A second market quoted in writing is refunded in the same proportion if its sittings have not been held.

Non-refundable items

A printed chart pack that has already been produced for your market is non-refundable once printing has started, because the paper and the binding time cannot be reused for another student. Postage already paid to a carrier is non-refundable. A no-show fee, once charged under the rule below, is non-refundable.

Process

Write to info@mentiskeystone.click or call 031-385-4301 and name the sitting, the date, and the market. The room confirms the cancellation in writing. Do not send card numbers by email; the site does not collect them.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are sent within ten working days of the written confirmation, by the same method used to pay when that method can receive a return. A bank transfer is returned to the sending account. If the original method cannot receive a return, the room asks for account details in a separate message and still aims to finish within ten working days of receiving them.

Deposits

The holding amount reserves the eight-week place and the printing slot. It is part of the program fee, not an extra charge. It is refundable under the seven-day rule above and is forfeited only when a student misses the first sitting without notice and does not take a rescheduled date within thirty days.

Rescheduling and no-shows

One reschedule of a single sitting or clinic is free if asked at least three days ahead. A second move in the same month can be refused. A no-show, meaning the student is absent without a message by the start of the hour, forfeits that hour's fee. For the long-horizon study a no-show counts as a completed sitting for refund arithmetic unless the student writes within two days and accepts the next open date on the room's calendar.

Work already started and materials

Hours already sat, notebook review already given, and packs already printed are work and materials already spent. They stay with you and are not refunded. Unused future hours on a program follow the partial-refund arithmetic above.

Exceptions

If the room closes for weather or illness, you choose a new date or a refund of the unheld hours, including a pack that was never printed. Statutory rights that Korean law gives a consumer are not reduced by this page.
